Reagan on Christmas morning! Santa Claus came to see her.

This is Sadie Mae, we bought her at a horse sale. She was sold as aged and not sound for 220. My husband felt sorry for her as she would have just gone to another sale and eventually to a slaughter house. We didn't want that for her.

We tought possibly we could help her, even if that meant putting her down. We had our vet come out and evaluate her, the news was not good. She would only get worse, all we could do was try to control her pain, but the vet said soon it would be time. We spent alot of time with Sadie, making her time here very pleasant. She was sweet, willing, and very loving. When I went out one morning to feed her, she was laying down and I had to help her up. The pain had become unbearable for her, so I made the call to the vet. We spent the next few days loving her and caring for her, making her last days letting her know she was loved. In her day I know she was a wonderful horse. The vet came, and as horrible as it was for us to have her put down, it was even worse seeing her in so much pain. We let her go and buried her next to our beloved Fancy by the pond. I know that there are some you can help, Like Cochise, and some you can't like Sadie Mae, it certainly doesn't make things any easier when it comes time to say goodbye. In the short time she was here, she truly touched my heart and I will miss her terribly. Run on high Sadie Mae!

Cochise, Sheba & Hitman Sam

Cochise in the pasture, wow, he sure looks different from the first day he was here. He has done so well, I think he may be ready for his forever family now.

Hitman Sam, he is really growing up.

This is Bo's Stricknine out of Bo's Cy-A-Nide. He is more affectionately know as Big Daddy. He is very sweet and also a bit lazy, but we are working on that. He is wonderful.

Ain't he sweet!

Big Daddy, nice ridin little fella!
