NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED

SCRATCHES MUST BE MADE TWO CLASSES IN ADVANCE OR MONEY WILL BE FORFEITED.  THE TWHBEA VERSATILITY RULE BOOK AND PHA RULE BOOK WILL BE FOLLOWED.

Current Negative Coggins Required!!  Exhibitors and Owners Must be current PHA members, and the horse registered with the points secretary to receive points for year end awards.

Note:  According to the PHA Rule Book, any pony entered in a pony class must be 56’ or less in height at the withers.  All pony entrants into pony classes will be measured at the gate.  No hoof band of any type may be worn by any horse shown in any class.  This rule applies to all entries.  Horses showing with bands may be asked to leave the ring or disqualified from their class.  Tennessee Walking Horses that are Heavy shod showing in Plantation Pleasure Specialty and Plantation Pleasure 3 gait may not be shown in Country Pleasure or Lite Shod Classes.

PHA, Southern Livestock Arena and Bayfield Farm are not responsible for accidents to horses, persons or property.

Under NC Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting exclusively from the inherent risks of equine activities.
